Why have I lost channels on my BT Vision?
Try re-tuning your box and scanning for channels: Press the Home (or YouView) button. Go to Settings > Signal & Connection > TV Channels > Retune Channels.
What are the channel numbers for BT TV?

Why am I getting channels that start with 800?
Typically, if you’re seeing channels in the number range starting with 800, this means that the channels are duplicates. This can happen if you are getting the same channels from two different transmitters from your aerial.
