But remember — PRESTO tickets can only be used to pay your fare on the TTC. They are not accepted on any of the other transit agencies that use PRESTO, which means they can’t be used to pay the MiWay/YRT fare on any of the TTC’s cross-boundary bus routes.

Do PRESTO funds expire?

The date on the back of the card is the date the card was manufactured. Some older cards have an expiry date, but PRESTO cards no longer expire. You may continue to use your card even after the indicated expiry date and your balance will remain on the card.
